Options

TURNKEY:

Our crews do all site preparation, foundation, crane setting of the home on the foundation, completing all inside work such as carpeting, moldings, electrical, plumbing etc., basically we do everything. This puts the homeowner at ease to know that his dream is being completed with the least amount of effort on his part.

TURNKEY FOUNDATION WITH OWNER COMPLETION:

We have our crews to do all site preparation, construct the foundation, crane setting of the home on the foundation and putting the home under a permanent roof. At this time the owner will finish the remaining 10-15 % of the work. Outlines for owner completion projects are available to those who choose this method. Part of the purchase price includes design services, consultation, and instruction manuals to make this process go more smoothly. Your cost savings with this method may be significant.

OWNER COMPLETION OR WHOLESALING:

This option offers the greatest amount of savings to the homeowner. The owner is responsible for all site preparation, foundation, crane expense prior to the setting of the home. We will then set the home on the foundation and put it under permanent roof. The owner will then finish all remainder of the work.
