The Legacy Series homes range in size from 1,270 to 3,945 square feet.

Designed to withstand the test of time, the Legacy Collection stands apart by its larger square footage and unexpected rich details. Smart, innovative modular floor plan designs are the signature of the series and are apparent throughout. Homes in the Legacy Collection are built in Nationwide Custom Homes' tradition of modular home craftsmanship.

Similar in appearance but separate in character, each modular floor plan in this family of homes differs in configuration and size. Designs vary from handsome two-story homes to contemporary ranches or fashionable Cape Cods. The Sugardale, Sugarhill and the Sugarglen were created by Nationwide Custom Homes to meet the ever changing needs of today's households. Each modular home in this collection boasts convenient, comfortable and family-friendly plan alternatives.

The Village Collection homes range in size from 960 to 1,755 square feet.

The Village Collection is a classic series of modular homes inspired by families and neighborhoods across the country. The series echoes a simpler time yet offers all the convenience, comfort and technological advances found in modern homes.

Designs range from compact one-level floor plans to more spacious extended ranches, versatile Cape Cod's and two-story modular homes. Materials and features have been carefully selected to achieve a thoughtful balance of design and value, with stylish exteriors and efficient interior layouts.

The Mainstreet Collection homes range in size from 1,248 to 2,500 square feet.

Our latest collection of modular homes offer tremendous value while keeping in mind the need for personalization. The Mainstreet Collection features easy, straight forward plans that continue our promise of "Custom Made Easy." These homes are perfect for a growing family or retirees along the coastal regions.

The Mainstreet Collection introduces five new modular home designs that include ranch, Cape Cod and two-story modular floor plans. Each model includes a list of options to choose from, including: optional master baths, garages, basement plans, additional bedrooms and kitchens. Offset elevations, window seats and gable treatments carry the collection's theme throughout each model.

Each model is presented with a Traditional Elevation. This elevation will fit in any subdivision or lot in America. For those near the water or mountains, we provide an alternate elevation, the Coastal Elevation.

The Landmark Collection homes are multi-family construction units, including townhomes, apartments, motels, and condominiums.

Townhomes We have a number of plans available but can also work with your plans and specific requirements to create the look and style that will meet any site condition.

Apartments Our apartment plans can be built into four or six-plexes. The apartments are very cost effective and will appeal to investors looking for positive cash flow.

Duplexes We have duplex plans but also are able to convert any of our town houses to duplexes allowing you more than eight possible duplex layouts.

The Legacy Coastal Collection homes range in size from 1,241 to 3,965 square feet.
