About Us

Established in 1996, our company has been building quality Nationwide Homes in several west Georgia counties and well as in eastern Alabama. We have a list of satisfied homeowners who are willing to testify as to our ethics and integrity as home builders. These homebuyers have made many referrals and have contributed immensely to the success of our company. We currently have a $3,000 referral reward for homebuyers and a $2,000 referral reward who recommend us to a friend or relative and who then buys a home from us. Our guide is The Golden Rule….to treat our homebuyers and prospective homebuyers as we want to be treated.

We have an excellent rating with the Atlanta Better Business Bureau, are members of the Paulding County Chamber of Commerce, are Partners in Education with Union Elementary School in our community, and are members of the National Federation of Independent Businesses.

Our homes range in price from $70,000 to $500,000. We can build on your land or any of our 1 – 2 acre lots in west Paulding County. Time to complete a home is approximately 3 months from the time of ordering.
